These terms govern your use of Caluchi. By creating an account or placing an order through a store powered by Caluchi, you agree to them.
1. Using Caluchi
Caluchi provides software that lets local businesses take and manage orders across WhatsApp, Telegram, a web storefront and QR dine-in. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for how you use the platform with your customers.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Payments and fees
Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval you choose. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers you connect; their terms apply to those transactions.
4. Content and data
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Caluchi the licence needed to host and display that content in order to provide the service.
5. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and the service over time. You may stop using Caluchi at any time; we may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
